In the event that you wish to return any part of the products you have ordered, you are required to get in touch with us within the stipulated timeline of 30 days from the date of delivery. Once you have contacted us, you will receive a returns number and a complete set of instructions that will explain the process of returning the items to our free returns address.
To be eligible for our returns policy, please note that the items you return should be undamaged so that we can sell it again. All items must be given back in an unused state, with the original packaging intact, along with its hygiene seals, price tags, and security labels in an intact condition.
In certain cases, your items may be non-returnable. These include items that have been personalised for you, gift vouchers and certificates, used or open items and personal clothing items like lingerie, which we cannot accept due to hygiene reasons.
All our products carry a one-year warranty. In the unlikely event that product you have purchased has developed a fault within 365 days from the date of purchase, kindly get in touch with us to avail of an exchange or a store credit. In some cases, certain products may have an extended warranty that stretches beyond a year. In this case, we will be glad to offer any assistance as per our warranty agreement.
All requests for returns are processed by Euphoria Direct within 14 days from the date when we have received the items back from you.
In some cases, we may have sent you a free gift along with the products that you purchased. If you are requesting for these items to be returned, kindly ensure that you also send back the free gift that you received.
If you have sent in a request for a refund, kindly note that the payment will be refunded to the payment source or originally used by you and normally, the processing time is 3 to 5 working days. Please note that we are unable to refund any delivery charges.
When your returns are being processed, you would have the option of exchanging the item for another product of equivalent value. Once we have received the original item that you purchased in an unused and unopened state, along with its packaging materials intact, we will send you the exchange item of your choice.
