What are our delivery costs and options?

We always ensure that your orders are delivered promptly, contained within plain packaging materials. Our company uses the Royal Mail Standard Delivery service for inexpensive items, priced under £20. All orders above £20 are dispatched via the Royal Mail Tracked Delivery, DPD and Interlink courier services. These options are available for you to view on our website before checking out, and your products will be dispatched according to the choice you make. Any order placed before 2 PM, Monday to Friday are sent out on the same day. However, if you place your order on a Saturday or Sunday, we would only be able to dispatch it on Monday.

Tracked deliveries to your door

You may easily track your order from the point of dispatch to your door when you select the delivery with tracking option. The Royal Mail and Interlink Courier websites can display the details of your delivery when you use the tracking code sent to you.

If you are not at home when the parcel is delivered, we will hold the package for you securely at our local depot for one week. You will be given the details of where to collect the package. If you haven’t picked the package up within seven days, then the delivery company will return it to us.

Tracked delivery to your nearest Post Office

Another option is to have your parcel sent to your nearest Post Office at no extra cost. If you’re unsure whether you’ll be in to receive your package, this could be the best option. UK Re-Delivery Charges

In the event a customer cannot collect their order from the local Post Office within seven days, the package will automatically be returned to us. We will then levy a charge for re-delivery as under:

Royal Mail – £3.99

Courier – This option will be priced at the original courier charge

All our deliveries are discreetly packaged in nondescript brown boxes and envelopes so that the contents remain undisclosed.

Choosing delivery options

You will have the option of selecting the delivery service of your choice when you checkout. Our website clearly explains all the options available to you. In some rare cases, there may not be an option of delivery service, depending on your location and the items you have purchased. In this instance, please contact our customer service team, who will be happy to help you out. Please note that deliveries to countries not on our list will not be processed and payments refunded.

Receive email updates from Royal Mail

When you book your delivery with the Royal Mail, email notifications will be sent to you by the company, or the courier service. Once your package has gone out through the delivery network, you will get an email letting you know that your parcel is on its way and the time you can expect it to arrive. Please note that such emails are auto-generated by a computer system. They can be seen only by the recipient. Please do not reply to these emails.

What if you’re out when your order arrives?

If you are unavailable when your parcel arrives, the courier staff or the postman will leave behind a card, with instructions about where to pick up your parcel. If it has been taken to the nearest delivery office, you will have to visit the office, along with proof of identity and pick up your parcel. If it has gone to the nearest courier delivery centre, you can either collect it yourself or have it redelivered.

What if your order doesn’t arrive at the expected time?

In the unlikely event that your delivery is overdue by 4 working days, please contact our customer service team immediately.
